Welcome to Styles by Shelby! I'm so glad you're here. Here are a few general FAQs.

• Is Styles by Shelby lightweight & hypoallergenic?                                                                          Yes! Polymer clay is extremely lightweight! Most pairs weigh about the same as a quarter depending on the thickness of the earring. All findings are hypoallergenic + nickel free. 
• What are your processing times?                                                                                                      For pre-made launches 1-3 business days For any pre-order styles I ask that you allow 5-7 business days. These will be detailed in the item description. 
• My package is missing/broken. What do I do?                                                                                  File a claim on USPS website. I am not responsible for any missing/broken packages once they have been dropped off at the post office. If the claim results in the package being lost, send me an email and I will be happy to discuss replacement + refund options. No refunds will be given after 7 days past delivery. 
• I lost one of my earrings. Can I get a refund or replacement?                                                          No. I do not offer a lifetime warranty. You have 7 days after delivery date to inquire about a refund/replacement.
• Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?                                                                                          I offer a 15% discount on orders of 20+ items. No code is required at checkout.
